Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies and local organizations
Monitor and evaluate project progress, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders
Manage project risks and make recommendations for corrective action

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish and English
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management, water management, or related field
Experience with managing projects in Colombia
